The completely redesigned E-Class, with the internal designation W213, sparked a real technological fireworks display when it was released in April 2016. Equipped with numerous assistance systems, Mercedes demonstrated how well semi-autonomous driving now works. In technical terms, the E-Class was finally able to distance itself from the top dogs, the BMW 5 Series and the Audi A6. Like its competitors, the luxury class with the star also meets customers' expectations - the workmanship is exemplary, as was the case with its predecessor. The fifth generation differs from its predecessor, the W212, in that it has slightly more muscular shapes and the headlights, which were previously split in two, have been reunited to form a single unit.
